Return an item to Agrodot
At Agrodot, we emphasize customer satisfaction and the returns process is simple, fast and transparent. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased, we offer you the possibility to return them within 15 calendar days from the date you received them. We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, so we’ve created a simplified, hassle-free returns procedure.
How to return product
Fill in the return form:
You can access the return form directly on our website. Make sure that the product you want to return meets the return conditions and your request will be processed quickly.
Alternatively, you can come directly to our showroom to return the product and register your return.
Choose your return type:
Exchange for another product: If you wish to replace the returned product with another one sold by Mosaic Project SRL, you can choose this option.
Refund of the amount paid: If you prefer to get your money back, you can request a refund of the amount paid. We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Return by courier:
Once your return request has been approved, a courier will come to the specified address to collect the product you wish to return.
Refund:
If you have chosen to return your money, we will transfer the amount paid to the specified bank account or to the card used for the purchase if you opted to pay by credit card. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days after confirmation of the return.
Important: In the case of return by courier, you will be responsible for the transportation costs. Our agent will inform you of the estimated delivery cost of the return.
Return conditions
For a product return to be valid, it must fulfill the following conditions:
Return period:
Products can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date you received or picked them up from the showroom. It is important that the return form is submitted by the 15th calendar day after delivery.
Product Condition:
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were shipped, without signs of excessive use or damage. We will not accept products that show:
- Scratches, dents, dings, chips, mechanical or electrical shock.
- Traces of use or damage caused by improper handling.
- Products without original packaging or not accompanied by all original accessories.
Original packaging:
Products must be returned in the original packaging (if possible), along with intact labels and all original documents that were shipped with the product (e.g. warranty certificate, invoice, etc.).
Promotional products:
If you received a gift with the purchased product, this must also be returned if you return the product.
Sealed products:
If you purchased multiple units of the same product, only one product can be unsealed. Other products can only be returned if they are sealed, unused and in their original packaging.
Exceptions to the return policy
Some products cannot be returned, and these are governed by applicable law or the specifics of the products themselves. Exceptions include:
Special ordered products:
Products that have been ordered on a special order basis, brought to you on the basis of a firm agreement on your part and payment in advance, cannot be returned. These products are customized to your requirements and cannot be resold to other customers.
Perishable or personal use products:
Products that are perishable or that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. personal protective equipment) are not returnable.
Products defective due to misuse:
If a product has been defective due to incorrect or improper use by the customer, we cannot accept its return.
Return in case of defective products
If the product received shows manufacturing defects, it can be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. We will replace the product with an identical one or refund the amount paid, depending on the option you choose.
Your legal return rights
The return policy offered by Mosaic Project SRL does not affect your legal rights under applicable law in the case of distance selling. Thus, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, without specifying a reason.
