Hydraulic filter with magnet L2808-L3408, threaded 1″ 1/8-16UNF , 101 x 98 mm , for Japanese Kubota L-series and other tractors and mini tractors. The main task of the hydraulic filter is to clean the hydraulic oil, to stop all impurities that enter the hydraulic system or occur during the operation of the tractor, for example solid particles (minerals) that occur during the operation of the machine.
The hydraulic filter is changed every time the hydraulic oil is changed or the vehicle is frequently operated, in the case of mini tractors it is about every 100 hours in the case of second-hand tractors. The rules for changing the hydraulic filter on new tractors are described in detail in the owner’s manual of the machine, usually after the first 50 hours (at least 3 cycles).
The hydraulic filter is usually a metal filter with thread and gasket , which is mounted close to the tractor box just along the oil flow of the hydraulic system , most often at the bottom of the box or under the floor of our tractor.
