Hydraulic oil filter with thread 1″1/2-16UNF , height 177 mm , external diameter 94 mm for Yanmar tractors , Yanmar EF453T series and others.
The main task of the hydraulic filter is to clean the hydraulic oil, to stop all impurities that enter the hydraulic system or are created during the use of the tractor, for example solid particles (minerals) that are created during the operation of the machine. The hydraulic filter is replaced every time the hydraulic oil is changed or when the vehicle is used frequently, in the case of mini tractors this is approximately every 100 hours of operation in the case of used tractors. The principles of replacing the hydraulic filter on new tractors are described in detail in the machine’s operating instructions and this is usually after the first 50 hours of operation (at least 3 cycles). The hydraulic filter is most often a metal filter with a thread and seal , which is mounted next to the tractor box exactly in the oil flow path of the hydraulic system , most often at the bottom of the box or under the floor of our tractor.
Replacing the hydraulic filter (regularly) and cleaning the insert in the case of a mesh filter is a guarantee of trouble-free operation of the machine and the assurance that there are no foreign bodies in the hydraulic system that can damage our tractor or adversely affect the operation of the machine by reducing its operating parameters.
